What forms of payment do you accept?
Iomega Europe accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All items are billed in Euros but may be displayed in your local currency for comparison only. Actual exchange rates used by your credit card company may vary slightly.

Does Iomega Europe charge VAT?
VAT is charged at local rates in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands and France. Outside of these countries, VAT is either charged at the Dutch rate of 19% (other EU countries) or at 0% (all countries outside of EU), meaning you may be charged local VAT and applicable duties in your own country when your package reaches customs.

What are the Iomega Europe shipping methods and fees?
The exact delivery date of your package depends on order processing time, product availability, and delivery option to your country. Here is the equation we use:
Total Delivery Date = Order Processing Time + Availability + Shipping Time
Many products ship within 24 hours. We currently offer Express Shipping as our only option. However, your shipping time could vary from next day to 5 business days, depending on where you live. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays.

For your own security, post offices boxes are not accepted as valid addresses.
If your order contains a product that is backordered, we will hold your order until all products in your order is available. We do not bill your credit card until your order has been shipped.
We work with our shipping partners to provide you with the best shipping rates. Our shipping rates start at EUR 8, depending on your ship-to location and the number of products you order.

Which countries does Iomega Europe ship to?
At this time, Iomega Europe will only deliver products within Europe. It is possible that we may not serve your country due to political or economic reasons.

Some of the products I ordered are on backorder. What happens now?
To simplify the order and reduce shipping charges to you, we will hold your order until all items are available. Your credit card will not be billed until your order is shipped.

Can I check the status of my order?

Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
In-stock items will be processed for shipping as soon as the order is submitted and cannot be canceled. For out of stock items, please contact our Customer Service.

What is your return policy?
Iomega Europe offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all products. Should you wish to return the item for any reason, you must contact our Customer Service to receive an RMA number and must do so prior to the end of the 7th day following shipment of the product by Iomega Direct. All returns must be in the original Iomega packaging and contain all items provided with the product.
